As a registered Landscape Architect, Kim’s responsibilities include project management, landscape architecture and overall project coordination. With over 17 years of experience in land development, Kim has worked in both the private and public sector. Her experiences range from subdivision design, commercial site design, landscape architecture, administration and enforcement of city ordinances, urban forestry, public speaking, and subdivision development management. As Land Development Partner for Rausch Coleman Homes, Kim was responsible for the design, entitlement, and construction of over 25 subdivisions.
